King Comms NI unveils plans for online portal

In our continuing pursuit to improve customer satisfaction, King Comms NI intends to roll out an on line portal which will be fully operational by February 2015. Initially, it is planned that the portal will give our customers a more efficient way of reporting and handling any queries or service issues they may have but it will be much more than that in the future.

In the future customers will be able to:

  2. Configure your call forwarding options
  3. Configure your voicemail options
  4. Track call history
  5. Update your billing details
  6. Order new products and transfer in telephone numbers
  7. Log and track support and network issues
  8. Buy hardware and accessories pre-configured for your account
  9. Download the latest software updates for your equipment
